1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable. If the item has been damaged, altered, or is not in its original condition, it will not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return To return an item, please contact us at info@thenineseg.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will send you instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
3. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is safely returned to us.
4. Refund Processing Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund. Photos of the damaged or defective product will be required to process the return.
6. Exchange Policy Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
